I wanna be Slim !!!!!

Disappoint to myself because of i let myself to gain weight again... OMG Seriously... my relatives and aunties uncles did a good witnesses..
" U look bigger this time ya"
and i obviously feel tat my shorts is become tighter, as well as my shirts... oh no!! So sad man.... i become fatty fatty fatty girl.... I DUN WAN !!!! '_____'

Ok, from now on... during this holidays.... i must watch up on my diet and also... work on exercises...
Pls... NG WEI HUI... Pls follow this plan....!! if not u will end up with fatty life...!!
ok... i wanna be thin thin thin thin.. healthy thin....

Diet: Less Less carbohydrate... after 8, no carbohydrate.
a day at least an apple or fruits
green fit a cup a day

Exercise: morning jog, evening jog.. At least one day jog once..
praying possition
yoga

ok.... i hope i can make it.... in anywhere.. jus to become thinner, healthier, slimmer, prettier ! =p

What i did at home ??

In the beginning of the holidays, i was busying on my assignments.....
Is killing me, really.... However, is all over...!

Between the time i spent to do my assignment, i still need to prepare on own lunch as when i m alone at home and no transport get food from outside too... Here they are.... =) quite nice!! but some is too salty honestly... O.o




Besides assignments, I was busying on baking cakes and breads... =p
Phew~~! Sweating all over.... >.< but still happy with it, when my aunty say nice on the cake i baked.. keke.. Peace !





I need to clean up the home tooo.... '____' sweep + mop......
But, is ok lar.... just do wat i can help... giv my family more comfortable home....

A public holiday

1st May

In the afternoon, i suggested to had our lunch at Jusco BM.
We can also meet up my aunty there....

Here we go....!

But unluckily, the air conditional of the row of restaurant had spoilt..
aiks... however we just terpaksa to choose one of the restaurant...

The lucky restaurant been chose is 欢喜地~!






The dishes is still ok ok only....
so, i think i will only go there once and hardly go into the restaurant 2nd time...

=) Happy to have lunch with Family....

It was Saturday morning, we (three women) went to Ikano Power center there...
Once again, we back to Ikea to have the RM 0.99 kuay tiaw.. and of course coffee, tea and soft drinks and a pair of chicken wings... kiak kiak... (still remember the day before, we also eaten chicken wings.. we soon having wings to fly all over the world) -.-"

Then, we heading to Popular bookstore.. Actually, i planning to buying anything that day.. But... i spent money on buying somethings i need, so is still forgivable.. =p Then, walk toward the favorate shop of u, Padini concept store... Suppose to be crazying shopping there, who knows three of us didn't get anything from there.. suprising..

I think gods want us to spend our money on a better things... 3R BAG !!!
WE bought these at the price of RM 29.90 and it come with a free gift -->> Tongue cleaner
Moreover, we get free registration as the member of environmental community organization..
